What I do best:

I am best at connecting with people. I speak to audiences of all sizes from three up to 20,000, and yet all I see is a room full of individuals, each one of which has their own needs and wants. It is my job to get their attention (and hold it) by giving them something easy they can use NOW and make it a relevant, permanent part of their life. I use my experience and knowledge through motivational/inspirational topics as well as business and disability awareness presentations. I use humor to get my points across and keep my audiences entertained as well as informed. I tell is like it is, and am one of those people who is WYSIWYG - What You See Is What You Get.

I WANT TO TEACH YOU HOW TO K.I.S.S. informs audiences on how to live a smarter, simpler and saner life using three major keys-thought, choice and action-and a small secret key, and some life lessons. This presentation is highly interactive and the Pulitzer-nominated book, The Keys: The Textbook to a Successful Life, a power-packed, life-changing 80-page book is based on this presentation that I have been doing very successfully in front of audiences for nearly 30 years.

The second topic is about a large market of 54+ million people, with a secondary market that is virtually unlimited, whose needs are not being met, but has a lot of money to spend with companies, corporations and others in business willing to make a little extra effort at little or no additional cost. Called THE HIDDEN MARKET, this presentation is especially good as a keynote address, and for sessions at big conferences, conventions, sales conventions and business meetings. Audience members say they had no idea this market is so lucrative, and many reported later seeing improved sales in meeting this market demand.

My best topic for churches, dinners, luncheons, event nights, or when a group wants something light with a message is a very humorous presentations called JOY!

For young people in all kinds of events from a keynote presentation to seminars and workshops is called I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP TRYING

Some notes on how I charge for my services:

NO PRICE INCREASES THROUGH 2009 AND 2010!

I use something called Simplified Pricing. In the past speakers were paid a speaking fee, then it was up to the person, business, organization, whomever, to pay all the expenses associated with the trip...hotel, food, ground transportation, and the list goes on.

With Simplified Payments you pay one price that covers my speaking fee and all expenses.

These fees may seem a bit higher than that of comparable speakers who charge the old way, but by the time you add it all together I believe you will find my prices to be very competitive. Also, keep in mind the number of years I have been doing this, and my willingness to give more than expected.

The current fees for 2009 through 2010 is $5,000 to $35,000. There will be no increases for 2009 or 2010!

The Keys: The Textbook to a Successful Life is about the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple and Smart) philosophy and talks about three major keys…thought, choice and action…plus a smaller secret key, and a set of lessons that will help you learn how to live a smarter, simpler and saner life. The short (80 pages) book has been called, by John Fleming of WDRC in Hartford, Connecticut, a condensation of the “Wisdom of the Ages in an easy to read book with a lot of clarity. The amount of wisdom is astonishing.” The book has been nominated for a 2009 Pulitzer Prize and two Nautilus Book Awards.
