If you need to hear from someone who has experience to back up her words, Catrina Blount is the person you are looking for. She has gone through teenage pregnancy and parenthood, divorce and remarriage, bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession, and a host of other difficulties without losing hope. Instead, Catrina learned to trust God and to treat people well, including herself. Catrina speaks not only to the head, but also to the heart no matter what subject she is speaking on.

Catrina Blount is an anointed and powerful vessel who has allowed God to guide and direct her life. God has gifted her in many ways. His calling is sure upon her life, and God uses her in the gifts of teaching, prophecy, and healing. She is also an anointed singer and psalmist and loves to praise and worship the Lord. In addition, she is a poet and author of the book "Inspire Me: Poetic Outpourings of the Soul."

Catrina desires to help people excel to higher levels in ministry and in life. She is anointed to teach with balance and revelation. She takes great joy in ministering to anyone who will listen. She has a unique and direct approach of getting listeners' attention and assisting them to overcome their hang-ups and move forward into their God-given destiny. Catrina’s goal is to be an encourager to all she comes in contact with.

Catrina is available for conferences, revivals, and workshops of all types, and is frequently called upon in her secular employment to provide inspiration and motivation. She is an often-requested speaker at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, SC, which is operated by the U.S. Department of Justice, speaking to new and seasoned employees at all levels of the organization regarding customer service, communication, maximizing their employment experience, conflict management, and other topics.

Catrina is an active member of The Rock Ministries International, Humble, Texas, under the leadership of Bishop David and Pastor Shelia Pittman, since 1998. She was licensed as a Minister by The Rock Ministries and the Unity Alliance Fellowship of Churches in 2000. Living into her vision, Catrina was later ordained as an Evangelist and then as an Elder by The Rock Ministries and the Unity Alliance. Catrina’s ministry experience enables her to reach a diverse audience with the gospel of Christ.

Catrina holds certificates in Foundational Church Ministries and Standard Church Ministries from the Living Stones Bible Institute. She is also a student of the University of Phoenix, where she is pursuing her Associate's Degree in Communications.

Catrina currently resides in Katy, Texas, with her loving husband, Darryl. She is the mother of one, and the grandmother of one. Catrina is a dedicated civil servant with over 18 years of experience with the federal government. Catrina is also an Independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and an aspiring entrepreneur with a vision to become a Christian clothier for both women and men.

I am good at making people laugh and think at the same time. My innate teaching ability and friendly nature allow me to relate to my audiences on a personal level so that my words "hit them where they live" so to speak. I am good at taking complex concepts and subject matter and making it plain to my listeners. I am an encourager, but I am not afraid to challenge people's assumptions.
