My Bio:
Ron Stebelton’s Bio

As the CEO and Founder of Eagle Leadership Consulting, Ron Stebelton is making a difference in the personal and professional lives of many. It's not surprising though, considering his extensive background in education and business management, segueing into business and life coaching seemed to be a natural transition for him.

When you have skills, knowledge, and experience such as his, it only makes sense to want to pass that information along to others, and help them gain more skills, knowledge, and experience in whatever area of their lives they may be struggling in.

With over 25 years of educational and business expertise, he has overcome and mastered many challenges along the way. Whether he was riding herd on a school full of active children or designing and developing strong management teams and leadership programs, his goal oriented, results-driven mentality saw him through to success.

His philosophy to successful living is developing systems to help you define and reach your goals. To that end, he has developed a unique system for helping his coaching students do exactly that, which he calls ADPIE.

ADPIE stands for Assess, Design, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate. Assessing means he helps you figure out exactly where you are RIGHT now. Design means he helps identify your dreams and goals. It's the “You have to know what you want before you can take steps to get it!” mentality. Planning is where he actually takes you through the process, and maps out an action plan for achieving those goals you identified.

Implement obviously means to guide you into putting those plans into action. Without action you are essentially standing still, and that won't get you where you'd like to go. Evaluate is just what it sounds like. This is the moment you will step back and evaluate your current path, and assess whether goals are being reached or if the plan needs to be adjusted.

It is his passion to mentor and teach others ways they can take their business or lives to new heights. How that passion manifests has evolved over the years, into what you see today. A business and life coach bent on making a difference. His students range from businesses and schools, to individuals seeking a purpose. He teaches them the science of making life work!

As a student of Ron, you will often hear him say “I don't have all the answers, but I do have the questions.” His motivation is to help people to translate their dreams into actionable goals by asking the right questions...and by so doing he helps to make their dreams their reality.

Currently Ron resides in a beautiful historic home, built in 1882 in Lithopolis, Ohio. It was featured in Country Living Magazine in 1987 and provides the perfect home for himself, his lovely wife Lisa, and his two youngsters, Benjamin (age 14) and Stewart (age 9).

In his downtime, Ron enjoys playing the piano and contributing to his community by performing at church and community event concerts, and actually has a video channel on YouTube showcasing his musical talents. http://www.youtube.com/rstebelton
What I do best:
I teach when I speak! I get the audience involved, lay out a plan of action for them, then give them the tools they need to make their dreams their reality. Goal setting and achievement, time management, motivation, and how they can apply the ADPIE Process (Assess, Design, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate) to the six critical areas of life perspective.
I charge a fee of:
$501-$1500
Some notes on how I charge for my services:
Negotiated on an individual basis.
