Okay I have a great message about Personl Power especially in the arena of taking action and being profitable, only I stepped away from it all and focused on products and building a tremendious coaching team. Now I've successfully done that and now…

My Bio:
Michelle has been coaching and professionally training personal power and self-development for eight years. Certified as a business coach in 2002 by one of the first professional business coaches in the U.S. she was referred to as the "O Jay Simson" of coaching/training "pure, raw talent"

Even before her official certification, Michelle rapidly built a large and remarkably profitable coaching clientele over night. Motivated by a statement that "that no one had done it before and she should not even try" she proved them incorrect and joyfully broke the barriers (again).

Michelle followed her instincts and broke off from mainstream coaching to focus on developing a completely "original approach".

Her second book "You Must Be Out Of Your Mind" a step by step guide to creating more power in your life, was completed in 2007.

Michelle and her team train and certify other coaches to clearly do whatever gives them the greatest joy.

Some present and past clients include:

Real Gurus Don't Eat Meat

I was in a popular Asian restaurant the other night. It serves excellent food and the (female) proprietor’s beautiful young face appears on every menu.

As I was heading to the restroom, I happened to notice someone cleaning dirty dishes from a table. It was the proprietor…or was it? This woman looked older and tired, not at all like the youthful, glamorous pictures. I caught myself thinking, “That’s not right. She shouldn’t look like that and she shouldn’t be bussing tables.” Seeing her that wa… Continue

A Step-by-Step Guide to Being "Hopelessly Human"

Do you enjoy “people watching”? Today as you bustle down a busy street or grab a quick lunch in a restaurant, take a good look at your fellow humans. Include yourself, too!

Notice all the effort we expend in our clothing, our bodily postures, our hair and makeup, our cell-phone calls. How hard we all try to “get it right,” to “make it happen” or simply to survive with some measure of dignity.

It’s no wonder so many of us feel tired and old beyond our years! All the pressure we put on ourselves… Continue

8 Big Reasons to Get LASER Focused!

As I took a look around my office I was shocked at what I saw. My desk was spilling over with clutter - unpaid bills, phone messages to be returned, pens and Post-Its everywhere, and my newest emergency project spilling out of its folder. How had things gotten so out of control, and why was I tolerating it?

It was at that moment that I realized why my life was not as harmonious and focused as it should be.

The truth is, once you learn how to clear your internal clutter, your skills and potenti… Continue

The Illusion of the Quick Fix

It’s no secret that we live in an era of “Quick Fixes”. Technology and science have made instant gratification the mantra of the 21st Century.

In past generations the average citizen simply did not have the means to satisfy all of their “urges” or correct every imagined problem with the push of a button or the drop of a credit card. The fulfillment of needs and desires took longer and occurred more organically if at all. We didn’t feel we had any choice in the matter.

But now technology is so… Continue

Five Steps to Playing Your "A" Game

Have you ever found yourself working hard, doing all the “right” things, and getting a big fat nothing in return? I know I have. Many years ago this was a pattern with me. Part of me would seem to be totally on board with my goals and actions, yet “something” always seemed to pull me down.

“What is this something that keeps messing me up?” I would yell in my mind! Well, the truth of the matter was that I wasn’t playing full out. I wasn’t giving it my “A” game. And it showed in the results I was… Continue

Oh, and I got into speaking back when I was 14 and was tapped to keynote a 4-H leadership conference. It's been part of my life ever since. It's always how I've landed my best clients.

Sorry to scare you. :-) I shaved it all off. I got tired of paying for hair cuts and having to pay attention when I shave. So, now it just all goes. :-)

I have one product that I co-authored and another that I promote and yet another that is in the works; all real estate related. My challenge has been setting them up to maximize exposure and get sales. I know there are some amazing things you can do with the internet; I just haven't put the energy towards it yet. How about you?

Greetings Michelle, Great to hear from you! I have been in real estate for over 11 years now and that is how it became my niche. I am working on incorporating some personal development tools that will be for all.....not just real estate! All the best to you and Congrats on your success.
