My Bio:

Michael Beck a professional speaker, trainer and executive coach, and is recognized as the nation's leading expert on recruiting independent sales agents. He works with executives, managers and sales professionals to improve their recruiting, production, productivity, communication, and leadership competencies.

Mr. Beck's credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business along with degrees in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He has held a variety of executive positions including CEO, COO, CFO, EVP, VP of Finance, and VP of Business Development. His industry experience includes insurance, legal, international development, commercial construction, corporate finance, and the restaurant business. In addition, he worked several years overseas as a Business Advisor to a member of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Beck is a Founding Member of the International Association of Coaches and a Past-President of the Denver Coach Federation.

Attendees will learn how to become "attractive" to candidates so that the good ones don't get away! We discuss techniques to make your opportunity the obvious choice. In addition, attendees learn the six main influence "triggers" that should be incorporated in every recruiting strategy.

"Persuasive Communication"
Attendees will learn how to communicate effectively so their message will come through powerfully, clearly, and effectively. This program is especially suited to leaders, recruiters, marketers, and sales professionals. We'll discuss how to read people for better communication along with how to use the six main influence "triggers" to better persuade people to take action.

"Exceptional Leadership: Inspiring the Best Effort in Others"
Attendees will learn: How to Focus Their Organization, How to Enhance Their Role as Leader, and How to Sharpen Their People Skills.
