Kremer certainly has more ideas in his 1001 book, but I think I give more instruction on actually carrying them out. Also mine focus on those that don't require a huge budget. He has both frugal and expensive strategies in his mix. He is a friend and gave an endorsement--as did Dan Poynter, Fern Reiss, Marilyn Ross, and other experts. (You can see them all at http://www.grassrootsmarketingforauthors.com/endorsements.html). Also, if you order directly from me, my book includes several bonuses including two e-books, one aimed more at self-publishers, called How to Write and Publish a Marketable Book, and the other covering book marketing on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
The book is designed to be useful to people who publish on their own, traditionally, or through a subsidy house. My big-house-author wife made sure of that!
Thanks again for asking.
I want to hear more about your services! Please suggest a couple of days/times for a call.
Please take a look at my website and let me know if we have some synergy:

Good connecting with you. Certainly is a challenging time for the entrepreneur seeking capital.
I have developed a financial planning concept that caters to the rather unique needs of entrepreneurs. Rather than focusing on tax deductions and proper asset allocation, we focus on building large positions of liquidity (access to cash) in an environment that is protected from creditors. Our clients can thrive in their business(es) knowing that they will always have access to cash. Cash that cannot be touched by creditors if financial devastation occurs. Specific plans vary by state.
Anyway, also trying to write a book that details the concepts. A challenging feat I am realizing.
Keep in touch - perhaps our paths will cross in some capacity.

We do not finance entrepreneurs, rather, we creatively position their personal assets to give them greater control and flexibility.
What's your agents name? We likely are already working with him/her on other projects. Richard Curtis, John Willig, Bill Gladstone, Peter Miller, etc. we love them all!
We are alot like Bloomberg, O'Reily and others as we do not pay advances, but we also do not take ownership of the intellectual property rights. We can chat. My number is 800-485-4943 ext 102.
Let's set up a time to chat this week. Go to www.Morgan-James.com/david and see if there is a spot on our calendars that mesh.
Thanks!
David
