My Bio:
Laura Poole is an ICF-credentialed Associated Certified Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and the founder of Archer Coaching. Her passion is helping professionals and entrepreneurs create a meaningful career path, balanced with a joyful life of abundance. A graduate of Duke University, she is an accomplished public speaker and brings a wealth of experience in leadership, sales excellence, training, and communications into her work. She is an active member of Toastmasters International and Business and Professional Women clubs. She brings a unique perspective to her audiences by using coaching and visualization techniques to help them tap into their strengths, create a big-picture context, and develop a strong motivation for learning and change. Listeners come away with deeper meaning, actionable ideas, and pathways for change and transformation.
What I do best:
I love to work with motivated groups who are eager to learn! I particularly enjoy speaking before in-house corporate groups and networking professionals in the community. I make sure to provide value with relevant topics, customized content (where possible), actionable take-home tips, and a challenge to to my audience. I bring a lot of energy to my work, and I use it to engage my listeners. I'm passionate about my topics, and I love to share them!

Getting Yours: Self-Coaching for Success (Appropriate for anyone wanting to achieve more. Attendees learn how to visualize their dreams, find their deepest motivation, use powerful goal-setting tools, deal with anything that sidetracks them, and track progress toward success.)
I charge a fee of:
$501-$1500

I prefer to work on a flat fee, but I am flexible and negotiable depending on your needs.
