- John C. Rich, CSP, CPC, DTM is an entrepreneur and owner of Affordable Personnel Services Inc., a full service staffing company, and N'Riched Programs, a speaking and training company. John began his career in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he retired as a Captain. John is a writer and author of the book "Beyond Relationship Selling". He is a Certified Sales Professional, a Certified Personnel Consultant, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. John has done such diverse things a competing for Canada in a Military Pentathlon, has cycled across Canada, run marathons and triathlons, and even played ice hockey in New Zealand and Australia on a World Travelling Team.
