Seth Godin, in his latest book, TRIBES, defines "Leadership" as the act of "creating change you can believe... Do what you believe in. Paint a picture of the future. Go there. People will follow." Here's a group to initiate discussion on this.

How are you enjoying your vacation Jim?

The count down is on here in Australia, and I have posted my one burning imperative for 2009 in a discussion 'To engrave, or not to engrave, that will be the outcome:"

The discussion includes an invitation to publicly post your one burning ambition for 2009.

Would love to hear from you. Happy new year Jim

I text, but not clear on what exactly Twitter is. I have read some astonishing reports of it's effectiveness in political and social action campaigns.

Maybe it's not here in Australia yet, but I am certainly going to get onto it. As you can see, I am a networker, so this is of great interest.

I wasn't able to forget it. It was pretty amazing to meet the kids and present the song. I have been keeping Kristy Eckert in the loop hoping she will write more when I get thinghs rolling.
