My Bio:

When you hear Dr. Barnsley Brown speak, you'll be captivated by her poignant, real-life stories and energized by the interactive activities she incorporates into all her presentations. Barnsley is a self-proclaimed "steel magnolia" in a long line of strong Southern women. She brings the storytelling skills of her heritage and creative, fun teaching techniques from her former career as an educator to break-out sessions and keynotes.
Barnsley earned her MSc from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and her PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to launching Spirited Solutions™ Professional Speaking, Training, and Coaching, she taught at Wake Forest University, Duke University, and UNC-Chapel Hill. She's a member of numerous professional organizations including NSA and ASTD, and her poems, articles, and work have been featured in newspapers, journals, and other publications.
As a professional speaker, trainer, and President of Spirited Solutions, Barnsley gives people wings to soar, personally and professionally.
