My Bio:
Co-founder and principal of St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates, Inc., a boutique human resources consulting firm, headquartered in Northbrook, IL. Author of numerous articles and white papers and specializes in advising senior management on building and sustaining team and organizational cultures that attract engage and retain the best talent. Co-author of two books, 50 plus one Tips When Hiring & Firing Employees,(Encouragement Press, 2007) and Attract, Engage & Retain Top Talent (AuthorHouse 2008). I gained my experience by working for two Fortune 500 companies in Human Resources. I left to found a consulting firm that has led me to speak, teach, write as well as facilitate organizational learning.
What I do best:
Work with executives and senior teams on building excellence in teams, leadership and organizational development. Speak with small and large groups on how to attract, engage and retain top talent, teamwork and leadership. I do my best speaking when conducting interactive sessions and will always try to have some interaction even when delivering a key note speech. I enjoy using storytelling to get my message across to any group of any size.
I charge a fee of:
$1500-$5K
Some notes on how I charge for my services:
Consulting is $3,500 per day
Speaking is $2,500 to $5,000 per engagement depending upon the topic, venue and format.
I will facilitate a two hour or less session locally for $1,500.
