My Bio:
De Backman-Hoyle CSP is a very passionate woman when it comes to understanding and valuing people potential.

A fellow of The Australian Institute of Management FAIM
A fellow of The Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators FAIPF
A professional member of Australian Human Resource Institute CAHRI

Her postgraduate qualifications are in the fields of Innovation and Enterprise as well as Organisational Dynamics from Swinburne University.

She has studied the melding together of professional and personal development and believes there is a place for both corporately.

Having held senior management positions she understands the vast chasm between theoretical idealism and practical application and has scar tissue to show and share for her applications.

De has delivered programs at both a postgraduate level as well as to senior to middle managers for varied organisations. Her facilitation has allowed her to travel internationally plus design and develop national programs.

Although a learning and development practitioner and organisational development consultant De much prefers being recognised as a business results implementer as this is what her clients pay her to be able to achieve.
She has an increasing fascination and drive to better improve the transference of learning from workshops to workplaces.
What I do best:
Creating behavioral and skill change for middle to senior managers whether it be at the individual or group level, I love working with the senior decision makers as we understand the impact their capabilities have on others around them
I charge a fee of:
$5K-$10K
Some notes on how I charge for my services:
Our services and fees are based on project fees and agreed measurable outcomes, we implement programs as a process and never a stand alone activity
- Fellow of The Australian Institute of Management (FAIM)

De, welcome to SpeakerSite. I'm glad you're here.

Please take a moment to finetune how much email you get from SpeakerSite. If you work on this for a minute or two, you will avoid being notified too often about activity on SpeakerSite. Here is some advice on the issue.

With thousands of members, SpeakerSite is the largest social network for public speakers and event planners. Our substantial continuing growth is good for all of us. The more speakers and event planners we have, the more opportunities for connecting more speakers with more audiences.

Anyway, it’s good for you — and all of us — if your profile is great and if you help spread the word. Here are links to two pages that can help:

1. How to Make the Most of Your SpeakerSite Profile.

2. How to Spread the Word About SpeakerSite. Would you please take a moment now to invite your friends? (You can use the "Invite" function in the main menu.)

Feel free to join (or start) Groups -- or put any question in the Forum area. (Of course, make sure your message is appropriate for the particular Forum discussion you‘re visiting.) And feel free to contact me or Rob Emrich. As the co-founders of SpeakerSite, we are here for you.

Thanks!

Greetings from Sydney De - and welcome to SpeakerSite.

Your video on your website is fabulous, in fact you might like to consider uploading it on your SpeakerSite profile.

The two groups that will be of value you to on SpeakerSite are 'Speakers Down Under Over Here' where you will find a few friends from Victoria.

The second group is 'The Leadership & Mentor Think Tank' where you will find like minded thought leaders. By all means stop by and introduce yourself.

Trust you will find SpeakerSite an invaluable tool in your business networking tool kit.
