- When you grow up in a tiny town in rural Texas as a Mexican migrant farmworker, you have few expectations. Then one day you are an adult and able to reflect back on your life. It has included world travel and a successful sales career at AT&T as a National Account Manager managing multi-million dollar accounts. It has also included achieving my Master in Business Administration, becoming an entrepreneur, being married to the same person happily for 38 years, and raising two college educated high achieving daughters. It was time to savor my success and relax, but then I went to a creativity conference in Singapore and my life changed. I began a new business. I am now a creativity developer and develop corporate creative thinking skills. I have a speaker's bureau of internationally renowned speakers. I also provide innovation simulations to develop creative thinking with my partner, Lars Ringe, from Denmark.
- What I do best:
- I am a creativity developer. I am the bridge between the theoretical concepts of creativity and the practical business applications needed in the corporate world. I empower others to create dreams and to create a vision to achieve their potential. I am able to break lofty concepts down to a nuts and bolts approach. When the audience leaves, they have an action plan with steps to take to develop their creative thinking to thrive and survive during a tumultuous time. If someone is having a bad day, they should call me, because I am always full of gratitude and happiness for the life I lead.
- I charge a fee of:
- $1500-$5K
- Some notes on how I charge for my services:
- 50% to hold the date. Second 50% due one week prior to the event. Client will pay for hotel and airfare.
