My Bio:
Brandon Aday is a Consultant, Marketing Coach and up in coming Speaker. His areas of focus include technology, leveraging social media to develop online communities & customer evangelists and the impact of the internet on social relations. He has researched in depth the areas of leadership in virtual environments, driving change in a virtual organizations and 21st century leadership in a cross cultural global environment. He has the ability to translate highly abstract or technical issues and relay them in a way that his audience understands.
Born and raised just outside of Philadelphia in Southern New Jersey, he spent his youth practicing the martial arts and studying many different topics of interest included everything from art history, mythology and the humanities to parapsychology and eastern philosophy. As a young man he became very interested in business and technology after discovering computers and the internet in high school. He has worked in the technology and software industry ever since!
Brandon has degrees in Web/Multimedia Development, Information Technology, Business (M.B.A.) and is completing his dissertation to obtain a PhD in Organization and Management with a focus on Leadership. He has spent an equal amount of time working in small start-up companies and corporate America, with the last 5 years at Microsoft's Latin American HQ, working in various marketing and management consulting roles/functions. He is currently based in the South Florida area.
