Profile Information

I am a:
Speaker
I speak about:
Aging, Anger Management, Attitude, Best Selling Author, Change, Coaching, Communication, Consulting, Entertainment, Family, Humor, Magic, Master of Ceremonies, Motivation, Parenting, Writing, Stress Success
My Bio:
I was a professional comic for twenty years working every comedy-pool hall-sports bar-college club-dive in America. During the 80's while the comedy boom was at it's peek every town that had a stop light and a post office had a comedy club and I worked every one of them.

I honed my act and I became one of the top 100 touring club comedians in America during the 90's. My material is sharp, clever and different than other club comedians because I don't use foul language or adult subject matter. Always clean, always funny.

I gave up being a club comedian and became a speaker in 2001 when my first son was born. I have never looked back. I love speaking to audiences and giving them something they can use to make their lives better.

The laughter is nice, but my satisfaction is when people come up to me after a performance and say things like, "Thanks. I haven't laughed in three months. I needed that."

Hopefully I can make a change in your life.
What I do best:
Topis I Cover

Stress Relief 101: I teach people how to end stress in their lives through humor. Stress is more prevalent today than ever before. I will teach you how to live a healthier, happier and longer life, a life that is stress free through humor. This speech is based on my book by the same title.

Daddyhood: This is the speech I do for churches, parenting groups and couples. I became a dad for the first time at age 52 and the second at 55. I have two boys and they are the reason I do what I do. Thanks to my children I am younger now than I used to be. This speech is based on my book by the same title.

Six Steps To A More Successful Life: We all want to live a life of success. A life that is filled with joy and happiness. I will show you how to do this in six simple steps.

Laugh For The Health Of It: This is my clean humor, music and magic show. No message, just laughs and audience participation. I play a one-of-a-kind left handed guitar and I do magic that no one else is doing. Laughter is good for you. It does to the soul what jogging does to the body. Have you had a good laugh lately?
I charge a fee of:
$1500-$5K
Some notes on how I charge for my services:
I don't charge by the amout of time I do, I charge by the message I deliver. My travel fee is included in my rate. Ground transportation, hotel & meals are extra.

Hey B.C., love your bio...sounds like you've had a lot of fun earning your stripes through the clubs...I spent that whole time on the radio behind the mic. Got into public speaking about 10 - 12 years ago and am always looking for opportunities but don't make a living at it...yet!

B.C., welcome to SpeakerSite. I'm glad you're here.

After only four weeks, we have 1,000+ members. That's good for all of us. The more speakers we have, the more event planners we’ll attract – the more opportunities for connecting more speakers with more audiences.

So, I’m wondering: How did you hear about SpeakerSite? Who told you? Where did you first learn of SpeakerSite? Please send me a message — and, if you like, invite me to be your friend!

Anyway, it’s good for you — and all of us — if your profile is great and if you help spread the word. Here are links to two pages that can help:

1. How to Make the Most of Your SpeakerSite Profile.

2. How to Spread the Word About SpeakerSite.

Feel free to join a Group -- or put any question in the Forum area. Of course, make sure your message is appropriate for the particular Forum discussion you‘re visiting.

Or write me or Rob Emrich. We're here for you.

Thanks!
