- Audley is a professional speaker, talk show host, hoops junkie and leader who's passionate about developing leaders.
He is the author of the www.hardcourtlessons.com and host of Hard Court Lessons (HCL) Radio. HCL was established on the principle that developing leaders is much more than just a game.
Audley also co-hosts a weekly internet radio talk show called The NBA Breakdown. He's interviewed several NBA stars and leadership experts such as former Phoenix Sun and first African American mayor of Sacramento, Kevin Johnson, Canadian NBA head coach, Jay Triano, internationally acclaimed speaker, Mark Sanborn and best selling authors, Robert Greene and Steve Jamison plus many many more.
Audley has distilled the lessons learned from these indivduals and now uses them to motivate young and aspiring leaders to recognize their leadership potential.
Audley is presently a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

As our society continues to mature, it becomes increasingly important for up and coming leaders to be ready and step into roles that will move our society forward.

2. Anyone has the potential to exhibit leadership skills;
3. Effective leadership is about having a positive effect on others.
