My Bio:

Arline is a Coach and Trainer, head of Núcleo Pensamento & Ação with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and on the Board of Directors of the ICI - International Association of Coaching Institutes. Her work envolves systemic thinking and new paradigm approaches to personal and professional development. For the last 15 years she has been doing corporate training, with special emphasis on working with competencies.

I charge by studying each case, which envolves evaluating studies to be made, possible skill modeling and when travel is envolved, we negotiate how to cover those expenses.
