The Ohio State Leadership Center presents Personal Brilliance

The OSU Leadership Center presents Personal Brilliance - Developing The Habit of Innovation with Jim Canterucci.

When you're faced with a situation where you have to come up with and implement great ideas, and you can...that's Personal Brilliance. In Jim's presentation, based on his book Personal Brilliance, Mastering the Everyday Habits that Create a Lifetime of Success, we go beyond creativity to innovation.

With the help of our special guests, we'll explore unique perspectives on the four catalysts to Personal Brilliance: Awareness, Curiosity, Focus, and Initiative, and how to develop your own habit of innovation.

OSU president, Dr. E. Gordon Gee will provide a 30-minute overview of innovation at OSU. For each of the four catalysts that Jim will discuss, he will ask a guest to the stage for a brief interview to bring the content to life. The guests are interesting characters with a unique story to tell:

Awareness - Jack Park, author of the Ohio State Football Vault and radio personality on The Ohio State Football Radio Network.

Curiosity - Dr. Joan Herbers, an OSU scientist and advocate for women in science.

Focus - Artie Isaac, founder of the Young-Isaac Agency and teacher of creativity and innovation in the Fisher College of Business.

Initiative - Ken Schnacke, President and General Manager of the Columbus Clippers discussing the new state of the art stadium and new relationship with the Cleveland Indians.

Registration is $89.

$10 of each registration fee will be donated to CHOICES whose mission is to interrupt the cycle of domestic violence in Central Ohio. An additional $5 will go to CHOICES for each email referral that results in a new registration. So, please spread the word.
